We're looking for a Works Manager / Site Supervisor to join our Natural Resources team, on our Severn Trent water framework working across sites in the Midlands.

Location: Sites across the midlands
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Works Manager / Site Supervisor to join our NRNN business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the workforce for a number of schemes on the waste treatment side of the framework.

Your day to day will include:

• On-site site supervisor for the successful delivery of muti-site works within the Severn Trent Area
• When required, be involved with the subcontractors to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality.
• Ensure implementation RAMS, ITP's and permits on-site, when specified, in line with Company procedures
• Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside to the Operations Mangers
• Delivery of site inductions, issuing of permits/forms and daily briefings (including toolbox talks) and record keeping (e.g site diaries and quality records)

 
What are we looking for?

This Works Manager / Site Supervisor is great for you if you have:

• Some experience in the construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting
• Knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task specific activities
• CSCS Card
