We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Regional Civils team based in Cornwall working on our Collaborative Delivery Framework with the Environment Agency.

 

Location:Par, Cornwall

Contract: Full time, Permanent - 37 hours per week

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the site office team, supporting them in the implementation of the Project administration procedures and co-ordinating the duties of the Project Administration team.

Your day to day will include:

  • Management, maintenance and safety of the project site offices and the surrounding environment
  • Liaising with Group IT and supporting the implementation of IT connectivity and services provision
  • Production & management of the office premises register (Office Management Pack)
  • Administration support to all areas of the project

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:

  • You have previous administrative experience
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (e.g. Word and Excel)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
