We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Severn Trent team for the upgrade works at the Wanlip Wastewater Treatment site, based in Wanlip.

Location: Wanlip - Leicestershire - Site based 

Contract: Permanent

Our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks division brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected. In this role, you will support the Wanlip Wastewater Treatment site upgrade works, meeting the requirements of the project and assisting the operational delivery teams by providing functional and effective support within the Water Industry.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Engineer, you'll be working within the Severn Trent team, supporting them in delivering quality outcomes to clients and developing innovative solutions.

What does the day to day in this role look like?

Your day to day will include:

• Establishing survey controls, setting gridlines, conducting levelling traversing, and other land surveying activities.
• Consistently and accurately documenting survey data on-site and processing field data in-office using software like AutoCAD.
• Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate.
• Maintaining and preserving survey equipment in optimal condition.
• Operating within site-specific risk assessment and method statements (RAMs).

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Engineer is great for you if:

• You hold a degree/HND or equivalent and have a full UK Driving Licence.
• You have a CSCS Card and experience within a civil engineering or construction environment, particularly in the Water sector.
