We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Government FM and Maintenance Projects team based in London.

Location: Multi Site across London with travel to nationwide required as needed

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice Projects team, supporting them in Site Management of Projects Works Across the Kier Workplace Solutions Portfolio - specifically FM and maintenance projects.

Your day to day will include:

• Follow The Kier 5 SHE Basics for all works.
• RAMS reviews
• Subcontractor monitoring
• Site Inspections
• Setting contractors to work safely.

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

• You have Site management experience specifically within the FM / Maintenance space
• You have SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely.
• You have excellent safety culture.
• You have IT skills especially MS Office.
• You have excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• You have a full driving license as role will involve driving throughout the country.
