We are looking for a Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Manager to join our Design & Engineering Solutions team. In this role, you will lead and oversee health and safety initiatives across the Design & Engineering division, covering 750 staff and 16 offices. The position requires coordinating and traveling to various offices nationwide three days a week, making a valid UK driving licence essential.

Location: Nationwide - remote working available, with travel to offices 3 times per week

Hours: Permanent Fulltime

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + private healthcare + £6,700 annual car allowance + benefits

 

Responsibilities

As a SHE Manager you'll be the focal point for all queries and will be required to provide cover across the design and engineering business.

Your day to day will include:

  • Health and safety reporting
  • Conduct, programme, and deliver H&S audit tours of all offices throughout the year
  • Coordination support to Major Risk groups, including active participation
  • Proactively set out a design and engineering safety training programme identifying specific health & safety requirements

 

What are we looking for?

This role of SHE Manager is great if you have:

  • Topset training to facilitate incident investigations
  • NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate
  • Experience working in a health and safety position within construction
