We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Reward Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Location: Can operate from any of our UK offices - remote working available, with occasional travel to our London and Rushden offices as required
Hours: We are able to offer some flexibility if desired, just let us know your preferences in your application
Key benefits: Car allowance - £7,350; annual discretionary bonus – up to 25% of annual salary
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Reward Manager, you'll lead in the design and implementation of effective compensation and benefits programmes initiatives.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing salary review processes and produce insights that support decision making on pay including forecasting and budgeting
- Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels, benefits, and incentive structures against industry standards and competitors.
- Contributing to the selection and management of 3rd party suppliers ensuring quality of service, value for money and ROI
- Managing the budget spend with reward/benefit third party providers
- Managing the Group annual bonus programme, ensuring accurate calculations, quarterly accruals, pro-rata eligibility, timely payouts, and clear communication to eligible employees
- Analysing reward and benefit data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, new initiatives and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Management of insured and risk benefits and the development and implementation of new benefits in line with the Group's strategy, legislation changes and best practice
What are we looking for?
This Senior Reward Manager role is great for you if you have:
- Senior level reward experience within a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrable experience managing annual reward processes (pay reviews, annual bonus, pay gap reporting, reward benchmarking)
- Experience utilising market insights and analysis to drive reward decisions
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Experience leading a team – this role will manage a team of reward managers and analysts
