We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Mechanical and Electrical Division based on a project near Bicester

Location: Bicester, hybrid working, between site, office and remote  

Contract: Permanent, Full Time.

What will you be responsible for?

Are you looking for the next step in you're career? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be working within the M&E Division delivering a key Project near Bicester.

Your day to day will include:

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

• Have experience from a similar role within the construction M&E industry.
• Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
