We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our Construction Team based in Solihull.

 

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Planner you will be working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise at both tender and delivery stages of projects that can range from £10M - £100M in value

Your day to day will include:

  • Producing tender programmes
  • Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues
  • Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage
  • Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating
  • Advising and providing planning expertise across projects

What are we looking for?

This role of a Senior Planner is great for you if you have:

  • Construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment
  • Solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M - £80M in value
  • Experienced operator of Asta and Microsoft Project software
  • Strong knowledge or NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning
