Kier Group are looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our M&E Division on a new project in central London.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you'll be joining the Kier Mechanical & Electrical team working closely with our Kier Build colleagues.

What can you expect for your day to day?

• Ensure compliance with the project's procurement strategy, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviews.
• Manage valuations, project cashflows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records.
• Provide legal and contractual advice on orders and changes, handling notices and subcontractor administration.
• Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans and supporting team members in maximizing opportunities.
• Lead and manage junior staff, ensuring workload targets, deadlines, and commercial tasks are met and updated monthly.

What are we looking for?

In a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, we're ideally looking for:

• Prior experience working for a Contractor and a Technical understanding of MEP systems.
• A clear understanding of the different forms of contracts.
• The ability to work collaboratively and part of a team.
