We're looking for a Senior Building Services Manager in our North West Region 

Location: Manchester, Liverpool - North West Region

Hours: 40 hours per week 

What will you be responsible for?

As Senior Building Services Manager you will take a key role that will provide  Mechanical and Electrical building services expertise to the wider business across projects, you will be involved in a wide range of construction projects through the full lifecycle from tender , PCSA and delivery and commissioning. 

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain.
• Work closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific M&E Packages
• Review technical submittals from sub-contractors and provide input to bids / pre construction/ project teams.
• Manage co-ordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with day to day project delivery teams
• Checking quality of installations by sub contractors on site.
• Responsible for management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals. 
• Collate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned to.

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Building Services Manager is great for you if:

• You hold a qualification in Mechanical and / or electrical engineering to degree level or equivalent
• Demonstrate high level technical knowledge of M&E Design and Installation, possessing  understanding of full building services – modern Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC systems
• Have demonstrable, significant prior experience of working within a main contracting environment, managing specialist sub contract partners.
•  Can demonstrate the requisite experience of delivering  large MEP  Building Services packages valued £5M +
• Have experience of working throughout the full project lifecycle from tender / pre construction through to sign off, delivery and handover
