We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Residential Solutions Team based London.

Location: Loughton, Essex - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required on a Tuesday and a Thursday 

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

What will you be responsible for?

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery of projects

Your day to day will include:

• maximise the planned gross margin on projects and support the achievement of the project's budgeted profitability
• Tender, evaluate, recommend and appoint subcontractors and to place orders for materials and plant within delegated authorities
• Identify, evaluate, communicate, negotiate and agree variations to contracts with customers and suppliers within delegated authorities 

What are we looking for?

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

• Experience within a similar role ideally within a housing background
• Hold the relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable).
• Full Uk driving licence 
• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
