We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Construction team based in Solihull. The project you will be leading on is a new build office in Bromsgrove.

 

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors - Initially a £10m+ office project in Bromsgrove. 

Your day to day will include:

  • Plan the entire project deliver to meet contractual and industry standards.

  • Organise the resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver the project on time and defect free.

  • Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns.

  • Coordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns.

  • Monitor safety on site and feedback learnings into the business

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You have a track record of delivery projects up to £30m in value
  • The ability to build and maintain client relationships
