We're looking for Project Manager to join our Ministry of Justice Projects team based across London.
Location: Multi-Site across London
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice Projects team, supporting them in the management of Projects Works Across the Kier Workplace Solutions Portfolio.
Your day to day will include:
- To produce comprehensive scoping document for tender process
- To carry out impartial tender analysis and sub-contractor recommendations for client
- Over-seeing of multiple projects from conception to completion
- Maintaining and growing Client and Key stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring that safety is always managed as the number one priority.
- Subcontractor monitoring, site audits, quality checks, compliance
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have an understanding of FM projects
- You have your SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely.
- You have a good understanding of CDM.
- You have extensive experience in health & safety with excellent safety culture.
- You have IT skills especially MS Office
- You have a full driving license as role will involve travel within the U.K.
