We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Construction team based in South Devon.

Location: South Devon, South West

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager you will be working on a major Government construction contract that will provide a critical asset to the local area. This role is well suited to someone with strong civils experience, to oversee the delivery of high value elements of the development.

Your day to day will include:

• Reviewing programmes and design with sub-contractors,
• Ensuring safety, quality and adherence to programme and budgets, through the effective management of resources and supply chain,
• Managing sub-contractor output to maintain programme. 

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You hold Degree/HND or equivalent qualification in relevant field - Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management, 
• You can demonstrate strong experience in delivery of major construction projects within the main contractor environment,
• You have commercial and contractual awareness of NEC and JCT Contract conditions.
