We're looking for Procurement CoOrdinator to join our Procurement team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire, hybrid working available, with 1-2 Days per week required in the Rushden Office
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll be working within the Group Procurement Team, supporting them in providing Procurement support and is the face of the Procurement Shared Service Centre (PSSC), being the first point of contact for all enquiries into Group Procurement.

Your day to day will include:
- Manage ticket requests from the business in line with SLA's and triage to the appropriate teams
- Provide support to the buying teams, by raising straightforward purchase orders
- Provide Purchasing card support for the teams
- Building relationships and links to other departments within the company, and our close suppliers
- Supporting all stakeholders with requests or general queries around Procurement
- Support the teams chasing approval of purchase orders and sending out to suppliers
