We're looking for an experienced Planner to join our Building Solutions Team based across the South.

Location: Southampton - hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites as required

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

What will you be responsible for?

As a Planner, you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in the planning and programming across a number of exciting projects.

Your day to day will include:

• Working closely with the Preconstruction team developing initial programmes and phasing for both competitively tendered and negotiated schemes.
• Working closely with project team to assist them in developing realistic target construction programmes
• Retaining an overall monitoring capacity  to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs

What are we looking for?

The role of Planner within our Building Solutions team is great for you if:

• You have the relevant construction or engineering qualification (HND Level Min)
• Expert in the Use of Primavera Software
• Expert in the Use of Asta Power Project
• Full UK Driving License
