We're looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Building Solutions team based in Sheffield.

Contract: Permanent, full time - 40hours per week
Salary: £29,250 per annum
Start date: September 2025

As a Graduate Project Manager within our Building Solutions team, you will support the Northern area team based in Yorkshire in the delivery of our construction and refurbishment projects. The role will support with the operational delivery of our projects.
To deliver upon success, you will have involvement in all stages of the project lifecycle from inception, through pre-construction and on-site construction to completion and the aftercare process.
As Graduate Project Manager, you will cover all aspects of the management of construction projects. To support with this your training plan will include dedicated time working with the key functions of our team including – Business Development, Pre-Construction, Estimating, Planning, Design Management, Operations, Health, and Safety and Commercial
Your day to day will include:
- Planning and monitoring Health, Safety and Wellbeing across the project
- Planning and monitoring of Quality Control
- Supporting with the development of the programme through to tracking and managing change
- Close liaison with the Design Management team to help develop a robust design which can be implemented on site.

When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
The role of Graduate Project Manager is great for you if:
- Desire to progress through a recognised Professional Chartership
- Microsoft Office suite competence
- Hold a full UK driver license.
