We're looking for Graduate Management Accountant to join our Kier Places team based in Salford, Manchester.

Location: Salford Manchester, with travel required to various Kier offices
Contract: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,250 per annum
Start date: September 2025

As a Graduate Management Accountant, you will lead across the Kier Places business unit, reporting to the Head of Finance for Kier Places.
The successful Graduate will be responsible for the provision, interpretation and streamlining of financial and management information to support and inform the operational and management teams in the day-to-day management of their business.
Your day to day will include:
- You will prepare and present P & L accounts for allocated projects and attend monthly P & L reviews.
- Management of the WIP and ensuring that invoicing is done on a timely and accurate manner.
- Production of monthly accounts with a detailed analysis and reporting of the results for the business unit responsibility against the annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business stream and operational management teams, and to support to deliver the challenging results.
- Provide guidance and best practise to the Finance, Commercial and Administration teams.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Finance or a related field.
The role of Graduate Management Accountant is great for you if:
- Strong commercial acumen, with a high level of integrity and resilience.
- You are familiar with objective setting and taking personal responsibility in achieving those set
- You are an effective communicator with a passion to engage with non-financial functions and influence change.
- Hold a full UK driver license.
