We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Bexley Schools contract based in Kent.

Location: Two school sites based in Bexley, Kent.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in service delivery of the maintenance contracts across two of our school sites.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing operations of Services on a daily basis
• Management and maintenance of excellent levels of service for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Driving team performance in line with SLA's
• Managing key stakeholders

What are we looking for?

This role of Facilities Manager is great for you if you:

• Have PFI expertise and experience within facilities management. This is essential due to the requirements of the contracts
• Are experienced in managing a team effectively
• Have CAFM experience
