We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Corporate Estates team based in Manchester.

 

Location: Manchester - with travel to other Northern sites across the region required ad hoc.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in planning, coordinating, and administering the day-to-day FM business activities to ensure smooth running and statutory compliance of the Facilities Management Operation.

Your day to day will include:

  • Raising requests for various works (maintenance, reactive, remedials and following through to ensure all required documentation is received).
  • Liaison with the internal clients & attending meetings a required.
  • Support with budgeting, annual forecasting, raising CPA's, PO's & processing contractor invoices as required.
  • Monitoring Concept to ensure all works are recorded, carried out on time and jobs closed out correctly.
  • Ensuring all statutory compliance is completed on time and documentation on file.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Facilities Co-ordinator is great for you if:

  • You have worked within a Facilities team previously and have knowledge of Commercial Maintenance requirements
  • You have strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel & M PowerPoint, business finance systems and other contract specific systems)
  • You have excellent organisational and communication skills
