We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Helpdesk team based on site in Wethersfield, Essex.

Location: Based on site in Wethersfield Essex.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office team, supporting them in work orders across the contracts.

Your day to day will include:

• Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader.
• Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader.
• Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
• Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.

What are we looking for?

This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

• You have an excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• You have the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
• Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
• Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
