We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our Contract Administration team based in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.

 

Location: Cambridgeshire with some remote working available. Travel to other sites may be required.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Administrative team, supporting them in operational duties.

Your day to day will include:

  • To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system
  • Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader.
  • Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader
  • Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers
  • Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:

  • Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
  • Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
  • Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
