We're seeking a Bid Writer to be responsible for crafting responses to selection questionnaires and tenders on behalf of Kier. While this role covers all sectors within Kier Transportation (roads, rail, aviation, and ports), the primary focus will be on the rail sector.

Responsibilities
As a Bid Writer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the Kier Transportation business by retaining and securing new term contracts, projects, and frameworks to support planned and sustainable growth.
Your day to day will include:
- Draft and finalise responses to selection questionnaires and tender submissions, evolving drafts in response to reviews and feedback
- Re-work existing pre-written content and boilerplate in line with specific questions, tailoring to individual client requirements
- Source information and data from Kier projects to create case studies and support demonstration of Kier capability within submissions
- Support the collation of market and competitor information that will be useful to Kier Transportation in future bids
- Collaborate with members of the bid team to develop high quality content for proposals
What are we looking for?
This role of Bid Writer is great if you are:
- Proposal/bid writing experience within rail or infrastructure sector
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English
- Possess advanced MS Word skills and highly proficient in MS Office
