We're looking for a Bid Manager to join our Construction team based in Solihull.

Location: Solihull, West Midlands 

Contract: Full Time, Permenant – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Bid Manager, you'll be working within the Pre Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

• Assemble a bid team with the relevant knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid
• Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process
• Chair Bid Kick off meetings solution development and mid bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop tender period programme, communicate actions to the team and monitor progress
• Attend feedback sessions with the client and coordinate tender queries and amendments

What are we looking for?

This role of Bid Manager is great for you if you have:

• Proven experience in bid management and quality writing
• Bidding experience on education, healthcare, commercial and lesiure projects       
• Previously worked with a leading national or regional contractor
