We're looking for an Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Centre Reward Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Contract: 12 Month - Fixed Term Contract
What will you be responsible for?
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Service Centre Reward Team, supporting them in providing the business with high quality reward advice and reward queries via telephone, live chat, email and case management system
Your day to day will include:
- Answer queries from all stakeholders effectively and within the service level
- Ensure that all queries are tracked and monitored to ensure a high level of customer
- Process all reward data for the allocated payroll within the agreed
- To work closely with the Centre of Excellence to drive through continuous process improvements.
- To respond to reward and benefit calls and e-mail in a timely manner, in line with the agreed SLA. To support a range of projects in conjunction with the Centre of Excellence (COE).
- To process transactions and deliver effective and efficient reward and benefit administration to all employees
What are we looking for?
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- Be competent with Excel including Mail Merges, V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables.
- Have excellent customer service skills when dealing with all stakeholders.
- Have effective communication skills.
- Be able to work in an organised and methodical manner.
- Knowledge of reward and payroll administration processes.
- Have experience of a similar rewards/benefits role, working within an HRSS Centre for a multi-site company.
