We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham, site-based 5 days per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £36,500 – £42,000 + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Supervisor, you'll take an active role in managing and supporting our arboriculture team, ensuring safe, efficient operations on-site and delivering a high standard of service.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate with planning teams to schedule workloads across the planting season
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and enforce compliance
• Respond to emergency calls and organise response teams
• Audit Category 1 enquiries to ensure targets are achieved and records are accurate
• Deliver daily task briefings, toolbox talks (TBTs), and manage relevant permits

What are we looking for?

This Supervisor role is ideal if you have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role with a track record of meeting KPIs
• A solid understanding of COSHH regulations
• SMSTS certification
