KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall. We are currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced Sub Agent.
Location: Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, Site Based
What will your responsibilities as a Sub Agent be?
Your day to day will include:
- Management of subcontractors.
- Liaising with Babcock Design and project management.
- Adopt and promote the use of BIM technologies to deliver the requirements of the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Manage, supervise and mentor section, site and assistant engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and generation of appropriate records
- Maintain good working relationship with RE staff and supply chain
What we are looking for in a Sub Agent?
This role of Sub Agent is great for you, if:
- Degree, HND in Engineering or equivalent.
- CSCS / SMSTS.
- Successful experience and performance at Section Engineer level
