We are looking for a Social Impact Coordinator to join our team based in the Midlands .
Location: Midlands - hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices all over the UK
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year plus car allowance at £5,000
What will you be responsible for?
As Social Impact Coordinator, you'll be working within the Transportation team, supporting the social Impact & Inclusion team and wider business to achieve commitments for social value at a regional level as well as helping to produce industry leading cross business initiatives. The role will involve Regional and National travel as required.
Your day to day will include:
- Support the social Impact & Inclusion team with delivery of the Transportation Social Impact & inclusion strategy
- Monitor and report on the progress of social Impact initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Promote social Impact awareness and best practices
What are we looking for?
This role of Social Impact Coordinator is great for you if:
- Previous experience of delivering social Impact projects and driving social value
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders both internal and externally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering social value in the communities where we work
