We're looking for a site administrator to join our construction business based on large new build project in Dalkeith
Location: Dalkeith, Midlothian
Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As Site Administrator you'll be working within the project team on our Mayfield School project supporting them through administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment.
Your day to day may include:
- Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure, preparing weekly reports and updating site information boards
- Processing invoices, assisting with drawings on viewpoint and updating the drawings register
- Ordering and managing materials and supplies for site and other additional general administration duties
- Managing diaries of the project teams, collating with external and internal stakeholders.
- Pulling together key documents for presentations, utilising powerpoint and office
- Making arrangements for meetings and site visits such as ensuring parking, booking meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms and providing any needs identified by stakeholders.
- Setting up It Facilities for remote meetings where required
- Undertaking any other duties as directed by the leadership team to support them in the smooth organisation of admin.
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Administrator is great for you if:
- Prior experience in a site / office administration role, ideally within the construction sector
- Expert use of office, PowerPoint and excel
- Ability to travel to site daily (Dalkeith)
- Comfort working at pace and often reactively to project needs
- Work to tight deadlines
- Liaise and build relationships with various stakeholder
- UK Driving license
