We're looking for a SHE Manager to join our Yorkshire Water Framework team based in Yorkshire.
Location: Yorkshire
Hours: 45 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As a SHE Manager, you'll be working within the Yorkshire Water Framework team, supporting them in delivering safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible infrastructure projects.
What will your day to day in the role look like?
Your day to day will include:
- Leading and managing a team of SHE Advisors across multiple project sites
- Driving SHE performance through inspections, investigations, and data analysis
- Supporting project teams and subcontractors in meeting legal and internal SHE standards
- Collaborating with client representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Promoting behavioural safety and a positive SHE culture across the framework
What are we looking for?
This role of SHE Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent) and professional membership (e.g. IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA)
- You have experience managing SHE in construction or other high-risk industries
- You have experience leading a team of SHE professionals and working with ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 standards
