We're looking for a Senior Workplace Strategy Manager to join our team based in London.

 

Location: Foley Street, London - hybrid working available, with 2 days per week required in London and flexibility to travel and work from other offices as required

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

 

What will you be responsible for?

The Senior Workplace Strategy Manager will play an important role in supporting the transformation of Kier's workplaces by contributing to the development and implementation of human-centered, data-informed strategies that enhance employee experience for our people

Your day to day will include:

  • Play a leading role in the Real Estate and Workplace Experience (RE/WE) transformation - developing and implementing a global Workplace Experience (WE) strategy aligned with business goals. Data development, validation, gap analysis and recommendations
  • Build relationships, trust and buy in from a diverse range of stakeholders in the context of real estate change and transformation.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and engagement programmes and develop workplace initiatives designed in ultimate collaboration with end users. A passion for people and data led strategies is essential
  • Identify workplace performance gaps and implement targeted and measurable programmes that enhance user engagement and workplace effectiveness.
  • Track workplace performance and project progress through dashboards and reporting tools.

This role of Senior Workplace Strategy Manager is great for you if:

  • Experience in real estate and workplace transformation, aligning projects with strategic priorities.
  • Ability to develop and implement workplace strategies for diverse locations and populations.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience translating user needs into workplace solutions that transcend standard office design but specifically respond to and enable the evolving needs of our people, business and clients
  • Understanding of workplace metrics, planning principles, and industry trends
