We're looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Yorkshire Water team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the operational team, supporting them in commercial function to support the delivery of a portfolio of design and build projects on the Yorkshire Water AMP 8 ‘Complex ‘non infra works' Framework.

Your day to day will include:

To assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management.

Measure works carried out and reconcile to Target Cost;

Ensure cash flow is maximised including ensuring payments are received on time
-
Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded

Provide assistance, guidance and support to the operational teams in the areas of: Contract Compliance, The financial impact of decisions; Value maximisation/cost saving techniques; Procurement strategy
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

Experience of Oracle and Causeway accounting systems

Full UK driving licence
-
Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience on NEC contracts with Target Costs
