We're looking for a Senior PensionsAdministrator to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden.

 

Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services Team, Leading and co-ordinating the delivery of an efficient and effective pension and payroll finance service that is customer focussed and provides value for money. Working together and supporting stakeholders to understand all business requirements in order to advise and support service delivery across the wider team.

 .

Your day to day will include:

  • Deliver the pension and payroll finance service in accordance with Kier Corporate strategies and policies ensuring that business requirements are met
  • Ensure the delivery of a great service in line with contractual commitments and build long lasting customer relationships
  • Provide appropriate support and work closely with the team to assist in delivery of service and team outcomes, ensuring there is always a joined-up approach. Attend and take part in management meetings, contributing new ideas and resolving potential issues as they arise
  • Be responsible for the development and performance of the Pension and Payroll Finance administrators. Develop skills and knowledge, implement and regularly review comprehensive and stretching performance targets at a team and individual level, ensuring processes are in place to monitor performance against these targets

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Pensions Administrator is great for you if:

  • Ideally will hold CIPP qualification or possess some formal payroll qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proven line management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Defined Contributions, Defined Benefit, and Public Sector (including LGPS and NHS) pension schemes
  • Excellent understanding of Auto-Enrolment (including re-auto enrolment) rules and Annual & Lifetime Allowance legislation
