We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our Kier Strategic Projects Division.
This role within our digital construction function focuses on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
Location: London/the South. Some travel will be required to visit projects.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
**This role can be based anywhere in the south and will come with a good amount of remote working. You will be expected to travel to projects for site visits.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager within our Strategic Projects Business your role will involve:
- Monitoring IM Gateway form completion, assessing design team capability, and manage resource considerations across tenders.
- Ensure EIRs, AIRs, and CDE compliance (ISO 19650) while auditing teams for digital standards adherence.
- Share best practices with the Head of Digital Construction, promote digital strategies, and support PLM improvements.
- Overseeing software utilisation and digital maturity across the region, raising awareness of digital adoption to drive a digital-first culture across functional departments.
What are we looking for?
The role of Senior Digital Construction Manager will suit you, if you can demonstrate:
- Prior experience in a similar role within Construction, ideally during the delivery phases of projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at different stages.
- Exposure to key softwares within Digital and a sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
