We have an opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join us. Kier has recently returned to the prestigious FTSE250 and is on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. Location: Can operate from any of our UK offices - remote working available, with occasional travel to our London and Rushden offices as required

What will you be responsible for?
As a Reward Manager, you'll support in the design, delivery maintenance and communication of reward and benefit activities and projects.
Your day to day will include:
- COE lead on annual salary reviews and all associated communications, acting as key point of contact / escalation for the HRSSC team. With the support of the Reward Analyst, oversee the review of recommendations to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Support with the grading project, including the development of the governance framework and associated pay structures.
- Complete salary and benefit benchmarking and provide specialist guidance to operational HR colleagues on the appropriate use and interpretation of survey information.
- Support with the transition to automate the bonus process. Lead on BAU bonus activities including communications, payment calculations and budget projections.
What are we looking for?
This Reward Manager role is great for you if you have:
- Broad experience of reward and benefits including knowledge of external reward market practices.
- Expert knowledge of grading structures, job evaluation methodology, salary benchmarking, statutory minimum pay levels, bonus and incentive schemes.
- A thorough understanding of current pay and benefits legislation, governance and market trends, their application to Kier and know how to mitigate risk.
- A good working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory reporting requirements.
- Advanced data analysis skills
