We're looking for a Records Officer to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Newtownabbey.

 

Location: Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland - occasional remote working available, with regular travel to the office required

Hours: 42.5 hours per week – some flexibility on start and finish times available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Records Officer, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, supporting them in the collaboration with our client Firmus Energy. 

Your day to day will include:

  • Provision of “As Built Records” inc as-laid info, and collation of material & joint details, preparation of completion pack for handover to Senior Records Officer.
  • Preparing and handing over as-laid drawings to the client, assisting digitisation of records information onto GIS system by the client, Firmus.
  • Communicate and Work with other departments Inc Client.
  • Carry out weekly measures according to Kier and client requirement and other duties as required by the Senior Records Officer. 

What are we looking for?

This role of Records Officer is great for you if:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Systems.
  • Ability to sketch and record information, familiarity with GIS systems such as Auto CAD or similar
  • Ability to Drive and willing to travel. Travelling to various towns around Northern Ireland during the course of the work. Work is based in Derry, Limavady, Coleraine, Ballymoney, Ballymena, Antrim, Craigavon, Banbridge and Newry. Will have a particular area to cover generally, though on occasion might be required to travel outside this area.
