What will you be responsible for?
As Quality and Performance Manager, you will be working within the Quality & Performance team leading on implementing and continuously improving quality and performance frameworks across the London Transportation contracts, complying with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, as well as NHSS 8 and NHSS 12 requirements.
Your day to day will include:
- Overseeing the management, development, and continuous improvement of the contracts integrated management system (IMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements, leading on the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing, maintaining, and optimising processes, enhancing operational efficiency, consistency, and adherence to best practices, meeting all contractual, regulatory, and industry-specific compliance requirements, monitoring and managing the various contracts key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying and mitigating risks, meeting service level requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
- Producing detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and client representatives, developing and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans addressing performance gaps, operational challenges, and areas with opportunities for improvement.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across contracts, driving innovation initiatives and business improvement projects, enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and overall contract performance.
What are we looking for?
This role of Quality and Performance Manager is great for you if:
- You hold an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification (or equivalent experience in auditing quality management systems), can demonstrate a strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and familiarity with NHSS 8 and 12
- Have relevant knowledge in quality management, performance monitoring, and audit compliance, with an ability to analyse performance data and trends to drive improvements and meet key contractual requirements
- Embody impactful stakeholder management skills, engaging at senior levels, both internally and with clients, effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
