We're looking for a Premises Manager to join our Welling School PFI team based in Welling, Kent.
Location: Welling, Kent
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As a Premises Manager, you'll be working within the Welling School PFI team, supporting them in delivering the Authority Requirements in line with our PFI contract and ensuring the safe and effective management of the school site.
Your day to day will include:

Conducting regular inspections to coordinate repairs and manage subcontractors to ensure minimal disruption to school activities.

Implementing and upholding Kier and Health & Safety protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures and maintaining compliance documentation.

Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance via the CAFM system in line with contract SLAs.

Leading a team of caretakers and cleaning staff, providing training, guidance, and regular performance reviews.

Promoting team wellbeing and creating an inclusive working environment that embraces diversity.
What are we looking for?
This role of Premises Manager is great for you if:

You have strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and facilities management practices.

You are experienced in managing client relationships and leading site-based teams.

You are proficient in using CAFM systems, MS Office, and can prioritise and multitask effectively in a school environment.
