We're looking for a PPM Advisor to join our Kier places team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Office Based – Monday to Friday. Various shifts between 8am – 5pm with one hour for lunch.
What will you be responsible for?
As a PPM Advisor you'll be working within the Kier places team, supporting them in liaising with subcontractors to schedule in future works. .
Your day to day will include:
- Dealing with cancelled PPMs.
- Allocating/scheduling of PPMs.
- Completion of works and making sure compliance documents meet requirements.
- Liaising with subcontractors to schedule in future works.
- Raise remedials following on from PPM responsible for the raising then the allocating to fall back into
Pillar 2.
What are we looking for?
This role of PPM Advisor is great for you if:
- CTC Clearance is required for this role
- CAFAM System Training.
- Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
