We're looking for an Operational Support Manager to join our Kier Places team based in a hybrid role.
Location: Hybrid - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As an Operational Support Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in ensuring the smooth delivery of facilities management services across multiple local authority contracts.
Your day-to-day will include:

Assisting Contract and Project Managers with contract delivery, ensuring projects and services are executed to agreed standards.

Maintaining and updating contract-specific KPI reports to track compliance and performance.

Developing, maintaining, and updating project trackers to provide visibility of progress to key stakeholders.

Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for client reviews, highlighting performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative support for local authority clients.

Monitoring compliance with contract obligations, including health and safety and environmental policies.
What are we looking for?
This role of Operational Support Manager is great for you if:

You have proven experience in a contract support or similar role within the FM industry.

You hold or can obtain Enhanced DBS Clearance.

You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using reporting and data visualization tools.
