We're looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks water team based in Wanlip, Leicestershire.

Location: Leicestershire, Wanlip.

Hours: 45 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you'll be working within the Severn Trent Water team, supporting them in the successful mechanical delivery of the Wanlip wastewater treatment works.

Your day to day will include:

• Authoring technical scopes of works.
• Undertaking gap analysis on the tender submissions.
• Compiling mechanical design RFIs.
• Identifying and rectifying interface issues within the mechanical D&B packages.
• Red line mark ups & the creation of digital quality records

What are we looking for?

This role of Mechanical Project Engineer is great for you if:

• experience in delivering waste water M&E projects major projects
• an ability to work with and manipulate Revit models
• the digital mark up of design during design development and redlining on completion of construction.
• a knowledge of SWIFTs, HAZOPs and ALM in relation to mechanical equipment
• the ability to challenge poor practice and quality within Kier and the supply chain
