We're looking for an Insurance Claims Manager to join our Group Claims and Insurance Team.
Location: Flexible on Location - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office and sites as required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As an Insurance Claims Manager, you'll be working within the Group Claims and Insurance Team, supporting them in all Insurance Claims
Your day to day will include:
- Co-ordinate project teams, insurers, claims administrators, loss adjusters and professional advisers to ensure smooth functioning of the claims management process, attending sites as needed and disseminating best practice
- Identify appropriate policy coverage (predominately related to construction all risks, professional indemnity, liability (including disease), motor, property portfolio's.
- Support effective communication with the captive insurer.
- Support the management of the insurance risk survey programme and close out recommendations with site teams

- Commercial acumen to improve financial outcomes
- Professional qualifications (ACII or CILA) and a sound knowledge of the construction industry's contract forms (eg JCT/NEC) is an advantage but is not essential. The Company will support the attainment of such qualification and gaining industry contract forms experience upon appointment.
