We're looking for a HR Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Brixworth, Northampton working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.
Location: Brixworth, Northampton
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £16,770
How does an apprenticeship work?
As a HR Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team to design, build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people. Once you have completed the Level 3, there may be opportunities for further courses/qualifications to further your development.
Your day to day will include:
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Ensuring HR policies are communicated effectively across different project sites
- Supporting managers with HR-related queries
- Providing high-quality administrative services to the HR team
What are we looking for?
The role of HR Apprentice is great for you if you are:
- GCSE grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Willing to learn
- Self-motivated, punctual and organised
- Able to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
