We're looking for an Estimating Degree Apprentice to join our Construction team based in Leeds, working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Leeds

Hours: 40hrs per week 

Salary: £19,000 per annum - with salary earning potential of £38k+ upon completion of the course!

Start date: September 2025

How does a degree apprenticeship work?

As an Estimating Degree Apprentice you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc in Quantity Surveying with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam , all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.

You'll work closely with the Construction team to design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK's infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

• Working across the estimating department
• Assisting the team with analysing tender information, bills of quantities and quotations in order to estimate costs
• Supporting the estimating team with tender estimates, cost plans and preliminary assessments
• Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course

What are we looking for?

To enrol onto your degree, you will need:

• Level 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
• 2 A-Levels
• Level 3 BTEC National Certificate / Diploma / Extended Diploma Or Advanced Diploma in a construction related topic
• Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications will also be considered, preferably with some work experience

To apply as a mature student, you will need at least 5 years' experience in a related career.
