We're looking for an Electrically Supervisor to join our Hard FM team based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.

 

Location: Neath Port Talbot Hospital - on site

Hours: 40 hours per week

 

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will provide leadership, support and expertise to deliver the contractual requirements of PFI facilities at Neath Port Talbot Hospital site. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Team where you will have access to training and progression.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

 

  • Plan and prioritise workload to achieve service delivery.
  • Ensure all work is completed to Health & Safety standards and compliance.
  • Liaising with Maintenance and Contract Managers to ensure that all conditions of the contract are being met and that there is efficient and effective utilisation of labour, materials, plant and equipment within the allocated budgets.
  • Manage and monitor site activities and physical progress of work for on time delivery, site safety, quality and environmental responsibilities.
  • Ensure the satisfactory completion of all projects to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Manage and monitor reports, attend meetings and accurately review all workloads.
  • Monitoring of helpdesk jobs to ensure they are correctly logged and completed within the correct timelines.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Electrical Supervisor is great for you if:

  • Experience working across multiple aspects of maintenance.
  • Substantial practical experience ideally within a PFI or Health sector setting.
  • Good communicator, verbally and written, and have a good level of computer literacy.
  • Electrical bias essential
  • HV Authorised Person / switching experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of statuary requirements and current legislation
  • Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent training programme, qualifications are relevant to skill base (refer to trade description), relevant management training.
  • Holders of a Full UK Drivers Licence
