We're looking for a dynamic Digital Operations Team Lead to join our fast-moving Transportation team in Exeter! Location: Exeter - travel to the office required with remote working available
Hours: Permanent Fulltime with some flexibility on hours
Responsibilities
As Digital Operations Team Lead, you'll be leading a team responsible for maintaining accuracy of digitised data, upholding compliance, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders
Your day to day will include:
- Planning and adjusting team workload to ensure project timescales are met.
- Manage the ticketing system, tracking requests, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Act as the primary coordinator for data acquisition with utility companies, tracking correspondence, and following up as necessary to gather essential asset information
- Ensure extremely high accuracy of all data
- Assist in the maintenance of GIS and asset data
What are we looking for?
This role of Digital Operations Team Lead is great if you have:
- Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
- A strong background in GIS, with proven experience applying it in a professional setting
- Experience with data management and processing tools, including databases
- Experience with scripting for automation of data processing tasks
