We're looking for Digital Construction Graduate to join our Construction team based in the North West.

Location: Salford, Manchester- Mobile to cover projects across the North West
Contract: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours per week

As Digital Construction Graduate , you'll will focus on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in-use. You will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards and helping to deliver against client requirements.
If successful you will report ongoing progress and highlight any risk to the project team and / or line manager to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated and consistent adoption of digital construction techniques.
Our digital construction function was borne out of the ‘old' Building Information Modelling (BIM) function, responsible for delivering compliance with client and government mandates for use of BIM. Through our Digital by Default approach, we have matured our understanding of the opportunities for digital tools and are leveraging industry leading solutions to deliver projects right first time, every time.
As part of the digital construction team, you will have over 30 industry professionals around you to support with queries and ensure your ambitions are realised.
Your day to day will include:
- Working alongside the Digital Manager to implement our “Digital by Default” standard programmes and innovative new software applications like “Drone Deploy”.
- Visiting our sites across Manchester, Liverpool, and the Northwest to upskill our site teams and be the point of contact for digital queries.
- Liaising with Design Managers to ensure the distribution and collation of external supply chain capabilities assessments for relevant project(s)
- Ensuring the BIM Execution Plan is being observed and delivered against
How does the graduate scheme work?
When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in a construction related field i.e. Project Management, Construction Management, BIM/Digital.
The role of Digital Construction Graduate is great for you if:
- Ability to build positive working relationships, internally and with the supply chain.
- Understand the ISO 19650 series of documents.
- Aware of open BIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability.
- Enthusiastic and keen to use new technologies to improve traditional ways of working.
- Innovative by sharing ideas and challenging standard practices.
