We're looking for a Design Surveyor to join our Heathrow Quieter Neighbourhood Support (QNS) team based in West London.
Location: West London – Heathrow
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Design Surveyor, you'll be working within the Heathrow QNS team, supporting them in delivering property improvement works that make homes and buildings more resilient to noise from the airport.
Your day to day will include:

Carrying out surveys to properties and interpreting the scope of works in the Statement of Need (SON)

Identifying technical elements or implications within the SON and advising on clarifications or required instructions

Supporting internal teams (Site Managers, Customer Liaison Officers, Commercial Managers) in understanding project specifications

Ensuring all works comply with specification, industry standards, and the terms of the QNS and associated schemes

Recording and communicating technical findings clearly and efficiently across the project team
What are we looking for?
This role of Design Surveyor is great for you if:

You have experience in planned and/or reactive maintenance in domestic properties

You possess a strong understanding of building regulations and statutory approvals processes

You're confident communicating technical details with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
