We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our MOJ and Home Office team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday–Friday, shifts between 8am – 6pm
What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be working within the MOJ and Home Office team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative and operational support across service requests and work order management.
Your day to day will include:

Communicating with internal and external customers to capture, record and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system

Raising, allocating, and completing work orders for Kier engineers and subcontractors, including chasing updates and arranging site escorts

Monitoring shared inboxes, managing subcontractor paperwork, scheduling works, and supporting with out-of-hours handovers

Ensuring work orders are compliant, accurate, and progressing in line with agreed service levels and KPIs

Providing support to Contract Managers and reviewing KBR performance reports to help improve outcomes
What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Support Advisor is great for you if:

You have a professional and confident telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills

You demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data or reviewing documentation

You're IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), and able to pick up systems like CAFAM confidently
