We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our FM team based in Cardiff.

 

Location: Office based - Cardiff

Contract: Full Time. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Helpdesk team, supporting them in customer service and administration as required.

Your day to day will include:

  • Scheduling of maintenance activities, including planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Liaising with subcontractors, site staff and engineers, client & other Kier staff.
  • Providing a high quality and professional service for both internal and external customers and stakeholders

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are able to use Microsoft Excel & Word proficiently
  • You have knowledge of CAFM systems and previous experience of working in a Property/Building maintenance would be an advantage
